Pelvic health across
the lifespan
Pelvic health doesn’t start after babies - it starts in childhood.
From childhood continence to adolescent sport and postpartum recovery, I explore pelvic health as a connected system across every stage of life.
WELCOME
I help women with bladder leakage, prolapse symptoms and pelvic pain fix their pelvic floor symptoms and return to HIGH IMPACT exercise with confidence!
What my work focuses on
Kids Bladder & Bowel Health
Bladder and bowel dysfunction in childhood is common and often misunderstood.
Withholding, constipation, daytime wetting and bedwetting are not just phases to “wait out.” Early intervention can change long-term pelvic health outcomes.
Teen Pelvic Health
& Sport
Adolescent girls experience pelvic symptoms too - leakage in sport, hypermobility-related symptoms, pain and period-linked dysfunction. Teaching young women about their changing bodies and how to leverage this knowledge for continued participation in sport and exercise is important.
Womens Pelvic Health
We cover things like leaking, prolapse and pelvic pain across key stages in a women’s life like pregnancy, post partum and menopause.
My approach
“Pelvic health is more than just kegels”
It involves how the body manages pressure, strength, tissue health, movement patterns and nervous system responses (not to mention diet, lifestyle and psychosocial factors) - all of which change across different stages of life.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, I look at how these pieces work together to support better bladder, bowel and pelvic health from childhood through to adulthood.
I have worked with children and adults in hospital and private practice settings for over 14 years
